MINIMUM USAGE REQUIREMENT

All clients must purchase a minimum of $140 worth of kitchen credits every 30 days to maintain their contract. Your credits will be added to your account on the 1st of every month. They do not roll over. If you don’t use your credits, they will expire on the final day of the month. Should you terminate your contract with Cibo KitchensTM, your recurring charge will be terminated as well based on the date of Cibo KitchensTM receipt of your written termination notice.

 

Recurring Charge.

Every member will automatically be allotted 4 hours in credits in their account on the first of each month.

If a member does not use those four credit hours between the 1st of the month and the final day of the month (28, 30 or 31 respectively), the hours will be erased. In other words, if you don’t use them, you will lose them.

If you DO use them, wonderful! That’s exactly why the requirement is in place. We want our members to utilize the kitchens.
